With the countown on, we are beginning to say goodbye to the single life and anticipate our future as husband and wife. We are getting excited about the trip and hopefully sharing the time with you. The all inclusive Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa is wonderful and the beaches of Tulum are amazing. There are many things to do and see both at the resort as well as close by, including the ancient Mayan ruins. We wanted to let you know that if you plan on joining us, as we hope that you are able to, you should begin to plan your travel and accommodations now as prices are subject to rise soon and rooms are beginning to book up. Our wedding travel agent, Julie Garcia, does a great job getting the lowest quotes on fares for you and is happy to do price comparisons on room rates, room types and length of stay. Remember that with booking a room, a deposit of only $150 per person is due at time of booking, then the balance is due in mid-June, or 45 days before the scheduled check in date. In May, we will be sending out an email requesting RSVPs in order to get a head count on guests attending the wedding. We chose to get married on the beach at this beautiful resort as it fulfills our wedding wishes to exchange vows on a beautiful beach surrounded by our closest family and friends. So no worries about what's for breakfast, what's on the schedule for activities for the day, who's buying the next round of cocktails, making dinner plans, or what are the kids going to do all day while I take in a spa treatment or two! The mystical pyramids of Tulum are just five minutes away from the resort and the shopping and nightlife of Playa del Carmen just 30 minutes from the resort.
